current with unifi 100mbps + TV Ultimate pack add up Rm18x total bill.. call unifi opt to downgrade to 100mbps package + netflix Rm154.. actually this a good option. but not success. support saying im lock with unifiTV package ealier, must must take ultimate plus.. while my contract already end/clear.. will try to reach them again.. yes, need help.. through phone, unifi not that supportive.

Having 2-3 remote control (same version/model) pair with box?
