I am using the old white decoder with aneka pack, nowadays when i watch sometimes there is some freeze when watching any channels.
Is it due to old decoder? Anyone have same issue?

I am using aneka pack right now. If change the box will have extra charges?

I reported to unifi Last week I encounter this issue they restart the port it solved. Today I report again but this time they say will check further and ask technician to get back to me.
This unifi really many issues

Today Unifi tv ok again the technician say reset my port. He said only i report. I think u guys should report.

I'm using the white STB
It has olympic, channel 700++. Badminton is channel 719.
In mosaic it does not show that's y you thought don't have.

I just changed to SWU 5.0 without unifi tv but also get this message saying they will deliver free tv box.
Can we still use it without tv package? Or just can install disney hotstar that is given free 1 year?

I have tried to use the white tv box but can't use after change to SWU 5.0.
When i try login on Unifi tv app on PC it says replace device..
