Just received my UPB 2nd gen but I get different spec

- 2GB DDR3 Ram
- 32GB Flash storage

I would prefer faster DDR4 than higher storage. Might be printing error? and can't get information on SOC S905C1 whether it is DDR3 or DDR4

May I know which brands of android TV box can download directly the UnifiPlayTV  app from the Google Play Store?

hahaha even premium isp like time cannot give symmetrical UL/DL, unifi confirm not symmetrical.. maybe max 2gbps DL 500mbps UL only

But I must say the unifi tv app for ATV is buggy. On and off it will have some kind of networking error and unable to show live tv! And when initiated or change channel the resolution will be very low & blurry then gradually improved. This is not the case for my old white STB but not sure for UPB 1 & 2.

why this app needs u to log in everytime u use it?

Coz my brother-in-law installed Unifi with Unifi tv at his house early this year but lately he had to moved to another state for work purpose and only at home once in a while. I thot of using the unifi box with my Celcom broadband in my house. Not sure if its UPB v1 or v2.

any idea new router now which model got IPTV port? my router tenda ac1900 died this morning, now plan to replace a new one. currently im still using grey box huawei stb hypptv

Plan to get asus ax 1800hp, i believe this router got support right?

Anyone here watching the Olympics channel on Android TV without being a UnifiTV customer? I have set up an account and can use on my smartphone, but not on the Android TV app. I cannot login through QR or credentials as it says I'm not a UnifiTV paying customer (it needs @IPTV as login but my credentials are a phone number). Their online website and FAQ seems to imply it will work on TV too, unless I missed something?

Currently, the Unifi TV app on big screen is only available to
existing Unifi TV customers via Unifi TV Box, smart TVs and
compatible devices. This is because you need to login with your
Unifi TV ID.
If you are new (non-Unifi TV customers) and login with your mobile
number, the current Unifi TV app on big screen does not support
login with mobile number yet.
