Iptv port or internet port / Wi-Fi?

Then it's iptv port, and this issue been long time happening and they can't fix at all.

But if you really don't want lag lag, then suggest you use unifi hybrid box or use Google os install unifitv apps and watch via unifitv apps. Which this method use internet port instead iptv port.

If you box is white stb hypptv then no choice then, get new hybrid box at Rm20 x 24 months contract renewal.

Happen to everyone on iptv port.

So if don't like the lag then use normal internet port.

You faced it for all the channels or only a certain channels?

Happened to me on every channel for VLan 600....for normal Vlan500 through wifi, no hiccup at all...kinda sad really....Unifi especially TM supposedly should focus more for quality of service, they actually bigger than Astro!

Yes , had the similar problem, when using the vlan 600 connection through new V2 android hybrid black box. I even called tm technician to visit home to identify the problem of the lag 2-3 minutes , but was still unable to resolve it. They had to ask another/ higher senior technician and finally got know that they already given up on maintaining or upgrading the vlan 600 port connection, and planning to closing it soon. So they suggested to use vlan 500 or WiFi connection.

However, there is trick to prevent the stuttering of the image, but only works for channel that can pause or have time shift options.
If you pause the channel for few seconds and press play to give few seconds delay from the live view, there will be no lag or stuttering anymore when viewing the channel.
