I too called 100 and tried to get the new UPB by offering to recontract for 2 more years. The CS insisted the same thing. In the end I give up.

Luckily my Android TV able to run playtv, Lionsgate and D+ hotstar. No need to buy an android TV box.

I too did not receive sms verification code when I installed iqiyi recently on my TV box. Instead I received a call where an automatic female voice read to me the verification code. You need to hear carefully though coz the voice only repeat again once and then cuts off. P/s: The calls comes from either +37 or +820

I just received a call from +1 (649) Turks & Caicos Islands and previously +82 from korea, but wasnt convinced to answer it.

No charge at all when you take those calls. My prepaid balance remains the same.

I submitted my application through my unifi app on 27th Sep and call again to CS on 4th Oct when no one from unifi call to confirm my order.

The CS said will escalate the matter but until today my order is not shown in my app.

Went to Unifi Kepong branch today and complain about their zero response after submitting application to switch TV pack on 27th sep and after lodging a report on 4th Oct.

The CS at the centre could not do much except acknowledging I had lodged a report and provide me the service report number. Their system showed my case is at hq level and it will take between 3 to 7 working days to resolve. Told me to call their hotline after 7 days if no response.

Why launch unifi TV 2.0 in a hurry if their backend not ready to handle simple switching from old pack to new tv pack.

Update on my case. Today received call from TM 03-88932000 number.

The officer said my current unifi plan (Unifi Home 300Mbps - Pro Upgrade at RM99/mth) not entitled to subscribe the new unifi TV packs. If I want to proceed, will need to change to RM129/mth 300Mbps plan with renewal of 2 year contract. Only then can subscribe for the new tv packs.

I told officer why then send me sms, emails and notices in myunifi app that I can switch my tv pack. That constitute false advertising and also misleading current unifi subscribers.

She has the nerve to ask me if I want to proceed with the change. I terus rejected her.
