Well, you do know Unifi TV actually delays all KC Global Media's channels for 10 minutes, right? Unlike Rock Entertainment channels, KC Global Media's channels (AXN, ONE, GEM and Animax) actually have more new titles, which can be difficult to monitor, and just like you said "replacing channel's promos with the Unifi TV ones". Most TV providers do this all the time. Like I said, Unifi TV has a limited number of staffs working on this. That's why the delay is longer.

That will be epic if they manage to bring TVB Jade to Ruby Plus Pack and all new Ultimate Packs (or even the old one). TVB Xing He and/or TVBS Asia will actually make more sense. But Unifi TV is good in terms of making impossible possible.

As for the Indian channels, I kinda feel like they're trying to bid for Sun TV or something. Don't know why they don't just bring in Zee Tamil, Sony channels or even Star India channels.

And yes. Food Network, Discovery, History, Lifetime, HITS Now, CNN and etc. are in the upcoming channel list. That's why I'm more concerned about their vernacular channels' offering. Need to cover different genres and needs when considering what to launch.

Finally, Unifi TV should add HBO Signature (CH 404) to its channel line-up. A lot of HBO films and series only air and repeat on this channel. According to Now Player TV guide, the channel will air five episodes of House of the Dragon tonight. What sucks about HBO (main channel) is that it doesn't repeat older series like what Cinemax and HBO Signature do.

What I am saying is, KC Global in house censorship is much stricter that what our country actually requires. Take the Japanese drama Unknown. There was a a same sex couple in the series that usually are there for laughs. They don't even do anything out of the ordinary. The running joke is that other people thought they are actually father and son. There are not really any overtly "gay" stuffs happen between them. But most of their scenes are totally cut from the drama. At first I thought it was due to local censorship. But nope, they were cut out even in Singapore, meaning it was in house censorship.

Even Animax is similar. They are censored in Singapore first before airing.

I understand what you mean, but Unifi TV staffs won't do much about the delay they put in. beIN Sports 4 still have that 1-3 articial delay even I have asked them many times to remove it. Just hope that the delay won't get worse in coming months once more channels are launched on the platform.

Would like to ask is new Unifi TV Plus box upscaling video? Just get the new plus box and hook up at TV the picture mode in all in HDR mode. The front screen also in HDR mode. Watch normal TV (TV1, TV2, TV3 and etc) now became too bright. I also got another Android TV device (NVidia Shield Pro) no issue on SDR/HDR video.

I chat with TM, they said I have to subscribe to the whole package. I cannot just subscribe to Ultimate Plus.
How you subscribe just the tv pack?

check yr TV setting, hdmi 1, 2 for each device.

if the UPB hdmi setting is HDR, u get HDR all the way.

yr Shield - does it auto adjust to HDR or SDR when u play something, whatever is set on the TV?

there is a min speed to subscribe ultimate plus, min speed for max.

if u r below, they won't allow it until u change to higher speed.

in my case, i was already on 800/ultimate, can change to plus or max.

i did that at unifi selfcare portal.

hdmi 1-4 all same setting...turn off/on HDMI ultra deep color also same. Later will try to swap with shield cable.
try turn off HDR/HLG from advance display setting in UPB result still same. Not sure is there other UPB hdmi setting.
Shield OK...if watch HDR/Dolby Vision content from streaming/youtube it auto adjust to HDR/Dolby Vision picture mode. If normal content standard picture mode.

What is the minimum speed for Ultimate Plus?

Diff TVs work differently when it comes to picture mode setting.
some have individual modes for every HDMI input; some have only one, applied to all HDMIs.
so, check that... if yr TV is set to "dynamic" or whatever the name is, u get it bright even for unifitv channels which are all SDR.

if Shield can auto adjust given any TV mode setting, it is a great feature not found in other devices; UPB does not hv that.
u can go into advanced settings, formats, and see what it will support.
on my tv, UPB can support only HDR10, HLG; does not support HDR10+, DV - which is correct.
so, for me, i get SDR for everything; only when i play netflix and D+H HDR streams will i change TV mode to suit HDR.

i believe 300mbp qualifies for ultimate plus, whereas 500mbps is required for ultimate max.

even if u r under contract, shud still be possible since it's an upgrade, yr bill incr.

For me, I don't need internet speed upgrade. Just maintain the 300 and upgrade Ultimate pack to Ultimate Plus.
Chat team said cannot. Must subscribe to the new 300/Ultimate Plus.

When you upgrade your Ultimate to Max, did TM deduct the Ultimate price and add in the Max price?

I can get to this screen. If I click on the upgrade tab, will they add in the RM69.90 to by current bill of RM139.00?

My old ultimate was RM60.
Ultimate max is 90. Add 10 for Netflix premium 4k.
Total is now 100. That is +40 from old 60.

The first new bill comes v quickly. It shows all the prorated credit, debit. Next bill, straightforward.
