Morning all, I'm a new member here. Just have a basic enquiry to all the OG's here. May I know why my Unifi Tv is stuttering when I watch it from browser on my laptop. The video is stuttering but the sound is playing fine. My internet is super fine. Received 250mbps. Using Edge as my browser. Perhaps it occurs to everyone?

i use Chrome on my Macbook for watching Unifi TV. when i use Safari, Unifi TV can't play

Guys, how to use unifi tv with Mi Box S? I can't watch any channel but to change them really hassle. When press down, the channel list keep loading and loading. 8 out of 10, it will show unsuccessful. Can press left and right to change but it also slow loading. Is it because I use 100mbps connection.

Are oyu use Mode Version or downnload unifi tv apps from ur Mibox S. if ur use unifi tv from google play, i mean original version unifi tv very smooth no lagging or buffer.

I download from Google Play. Weird... Mine not smooth at all. Both my mi stick and mi box have the same problem. Connection with both 5g and normal wifi.

I do LAN cable connection... always problems with wireless

Can't use lan cable. Even using ugreen adapter can't get Ethernet working. It detect the Ethernet, but no connection.

I use Hako Pro for watching Unifi TV apps, very smooth better then Unifi Plus Box. i connect with Lan Cable. not stable connection with wifi. You need use Lan Cable too.

All apps of particular UniFiTV only... if so you android box might need xtra setting or something

For those who are still mad at Unifi TV and Astro for cessing Nat Geo channels and Star channels, here's an update from Disney APAC.

As long as Unifi TV still carries Warner TV, Boomerang and Travel Channel, I think there's still some possibility for them to get the full suite of their channels.

Good am. I have a few questions that I hope can be answered here, as follows:
1. Is unifi tv app available for firestick? I tried searching firestick for this apps but could not find. Assuming I wish to install unifi tv apps on firestick, how do I do this?
2. I am now sub to ruby pack as part of my unifi package. It does come with free access to mango tv and lionsgate play. I saw the apps on firestick and intends to use firestick to access. Assuming I activate this in unifi, can I access these 2 programs via their apps on firestick?
3. I plan to sub to paid IQiyi and also Viu. Which of these 2 services has better programs in Chinese and Korean dramas?

May goes like this...
1. If the apps available in the Android Store then can download & use.
2. Activate in UniFiTV Mobile at HP / Computer... download the apps in stick then login using the registered detail.
3. Myself subscribe iQiYi for anime, Chinese & Korean, tested Viu but so so

Looks like iQiYi is the one to go for then.

I only have a problem when changing channels. When press down, those channel list at the bottom screen keep loading and most of the time only transparent black. But when it success loading no problem change channel. But when to change other channel, same problem.

Only with unifiTV app. Other app like netflix, prime and even iflix no problem.

I use Mi Bos S 4k 1 Gen not lastest Mi Box.

I'm having similar problems with previous version UPB but no more with latest one. The apps version may have compatibility issue with certain hardware configuration

Yeah, the app is never stable for me either. Which is why I prefer to use the old white box
