Yes I received that Chinese SMS today. After the customer service called me, he confirm the termination will be done within 24 hours. After about 2 or 3 hours, I try to activate the free access and tada....I can perform the activation already. Before that it will be failed and show I have ala carte subscription. Indirectly means they already terminate my ala carte subscription already. Anyway still need to pay for one month fee as a lesson  .

Had a chat with helpdesk, they say iQiyi has been removed from my ala-carte subscription. But for another report for the bill on double charges dispute, they didnt call or sms me anything, the report just simply closed. Now had wait for next month bill see whether have any discount or back to normal charges.

Hi, anyone managed to change their 1st gen STB to a newer one? It's so laggy and hard to maneuver around the interface. I'm not keen on paying if we need to pay to change to a newer one. TM is the one that provide the STB for us to use their HyppTV, and now it's so difficult to use it.

Guys does this mean power adapter may have issue or the box is dead? This afternoon was fine and I even disconnected main power before the crazy thunderstorm just now... So sad... Really dunwan newer Plus box with lower bitrate lol Init loop hypptv box

Try pluggin that in If it does not work, try buying unmodded 2nd hand white android unifitv box, and contact customer support to tell them you are using a new box

Need to try to find the dustbin shape router which TM have and see if that adapter can plug in or not. Btw do you happen to use a shield tv? Trying the official and latest modded 1.2.17 version by Woundxp seems to be giving me 01999 error. Tried my USB hub adapter which can fit the port (dlink dustbin router uses a very thin one so couldn't use it) and now it's up. But I feel anxious using that as the amp is higher at 4a.ill try hunting for an adapter this weekend and for now just bear with the app. OH yeah it seems like the modded app only works for certain channels but it's ok as we mostly use tv1 and tv3 only when we're not streaming something  The 10 year old box continues to live....... Hope unifi actually goes ahead with upgrading the bitrate of UPB.

You can try to redeem the free access to iQiyi, you don't need really to do it but just try the first step of redemption. If it show you are entitled and allow you go to next step then means they already terminated your ala carte subscription. For waiving the fee I think since you already fight for it then just wait for the outcome. If they still remain the charges then up to you whether you want to take the further actions or not. But frankly speaking since we click the subscribe button accidentally, this is big con for the further fight for the fee waiver.
