was the new box set up properly... by technician or yrself?

was it connected by cable to router, which port... or using wifi, wifi confirmed working?

if the unifitv id, pw has been set up correctly, one more thing to check:

go to playstore, see if there are any updates to any app incl unifitv app.

i can't remember if the id/pw was at box or unifitv app level.

it's that special id/pw, not the ones for wifi.

u can erase the app, reinstall, re key in the id, pw... see how.

You must use the same id and password with the unifitv on the ipad.

Only can disable for pre-installed apps. The Uninstall button is greyed out, not clickable. What pre-installed app(s) do you wanna remove?

Should work by scanning the QR code.
Anyway, just make sure the login id is not username@iptv. Should be username@gmail.com or username@yahoo.com

i recently upgraded to the latest UPB box (i think v2) from my white stb box. my parents usualy watch the TV3 news on unifi tv. when i try on the upb box unifi tv app, the all the live channels cant load... tried a few times to restart box also same

better if they change the box, u get new V2 with new remote, nice - a better box overall.

To answer your concerns:

1) Subscribers of Unifi TV Packs with HBO GO app access (incl. standalone subscription via MyUnifi app) will get Max Ultimate Plan for free for 3 months only from Nov 19, 2024, until Feb 18, 2025. If you’re already activating HBO GO on the MyUnifi app, just sit back; you’ll automatically receive the reward once Max launches.

2) It will default to the Max Standard Plan afterward.

3) You can just add RM10 to continue using the Max Ultimate Plan.

Yes u get 3 myhs free upgrade to the ultimate level but do it b4 19 Nov. But u still need pay for the base though

I am on Ultimate max - Unifi tv + apps.

i use multiple devices, installed unifitv, available apps on 5-6 devices.

below may be useful for some people:
..UPB box is great, everything works well - incl Netflix 4KHDR, atmos.

..Android TV 12, OK, everything works incl HBO max, CMgo but audio is just Dolby 5.1.

..Android TV 6... not so good, CMgo and UnifiTV apps missing in playstore, not compatible; HBOmax can install but video is messed up, can't watch.

..PC Windows 10, 11... with microsoft store/edge browser, netflix, iqiyi works very well.

..Android 12 phone... i dun use it to watch but very impt to hv a phone with the apps installed & active so that when another device needs activation, can do easily by scanning QR code.
my next venture is to get a new Google TV!

yes, problem since a few days ago.

on unifi box, the app is there but doesn't play.

on one ATV, the app no longer in playstore.

one another ATV and mibox s, the app was never there from the beginning.

so, unless it is a technical issue being resolved, can say bye bye to this CMGO.

Can upgrade from Standard to Ultimate Plan — just add RM10. So RM62 in total.
