BBC Player only ultimate pack subscriber can activate and play. sign in with unifi, detect you are ultimate. 1st october you can play Lionsgate  and apps you choose before this. if you choose Iqiyi, you can play but activate first with unifi id

If you read back my case, i was upgrade from 30mbps with ruby pack to 100mbps
Staff did not inform me tv pack will get removed, i try activate is not available
Checking bill for my 100mbps no longer show ruby pack
But TM still keep SMS and email me say got free i qi yi with ruby pack

have not complained, don't know where to since they shutdown the forum, + they'll probably ask me to clear the cache (standard response), or offer to send technicians, when it's obviously app problem. I complained about the tiny subtitles on twitter, subtitles are still tiny, so why bother? The really annoying thing is when the app crashes, it'll usually take the entire box down with it, requiring restart, which of course takes a long time.

off topic but their unifi mobile app is also garbage, takes literally 1 minute to open on my phone (s10, not the latest but not exactly potato)  , big ass comp can't hire proper devs.

but I'm still confuse about one thing. those disney+, BBC, beIn Sports etc are they seperate apps or they are included into the Unifi plus box or Unifi app?

if I'm using Google TV, can I install the apps onto my Google TV and still access them whilst the account information is from Unifi?

Can anyone advise how do i unlock the iptv box? dont think i can install anything out of the playstore and cannot connect usb storage to mine. I have one that just completed the contract and one that i just renewed
