If I plug the cable to another port for Internet I get connection.
My Unifi account does not include Unifi Play TV, does that mean I can't use vlan 600? No network signal to whichever port I set to IPTV.
The Unifi STB is from a relative with another account. It worked before when I was using 50mbps Unifi, doesn't work now after I changed to Fiber 100mbps new account that doesn't include Play TV account. Any ideas? Thanks.
I tested using 2 routers, Archer C1200 and AX73, both with the same results. Configure Malaysia - Unifi with Lan1 - IPTV or Lan4 IPTV also same.

don't think VLAN600 is available to alvpkl's connection. same with mine, 100mbps with playtv account, no dedicated hypptv box provided.
used white hypptv android box from my dad's home which confirmed to be working there, no network on mine

So they turned off VLAN 600 for unifi 100? a pity because I prefer the white STB since the broadcast is higher quality and higher framerate. Watching sports on the streaming version of unifiTV (and astro go for that matter) is like watching slideshow

How come the mobile video quality unable to adjust? The video quality is really low and bad.

Sorry, no offence. Actually I did used the way you described during lunch time. Now I’m waiting for them. Another problem the account is under her sister name so everything become very complicated. I guess as long the configuration vlan is correct and I will definitely able to watch with the new tvbox.

Can anyone know why my HyppTV box cannot redeem the monthly free VOD voucher? The guide says Click on the movie, and next step is key in the voucher code. But mine straight to PIN only. Weird, like its missing a step in between.

You can also use old Unifi TV by using a WIFI connection, but the connection does not use VLAN600, instead sharing a regular internet network.
While the channel quality depends on the speed of the internet and WIFI.

I got the black so called upb box. So far so good. Can install apps. TM should give it to all unifitv sub for free now that they pushing streaming apps.

strategically, they shud - phase out the vlan boxes, only use apps on approved devices, incl ATV.

that's what netflix and others hv done.

picture quality wise, it can be improved, just need some spending, i suppose.

BUT... they probably can't make the numbers work, can't afford to dish out free.

so, they keep spamming u to buy or pay by instalment.

i now tend not to even power up the STB anymore... just use it on smart TV - very convenient.

the PQ is actually not too bad; on a better TV, it comes close to the STB.

If I'm not mistaken, the Unifi TV app (not to be confused with unifi playTV app) can be download right from the Google Play Store and install in devices running Android TV OS. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you have Androids TV is it still a wise to buy the Unifi Androids Box at RM15 per month?

Can use the port originally for UnifiTV box for my ATV?

No. I didn't change any setting. Free channel all can watched. On phone no problem. All RUBY package can watched. Only on Android box. My box mecool KM2 Google certified box
