Unifi tv box n cable provided by tm

after install, and i open for first use, no problem

however if i close and open the apps again, then it force me to update and exit

Setting for resolution can set it, default should be the lowest.

How to make the apps run smoothly?

you can login to your unifi account, and u will see it on the dashboard > unifi tv residential

can u tell me how to do it?

All channel open up until 31 March, all stay at home watch HBO as pm8 says.

Maybe TM open all now. I can access to live channels from my Nvidia Shield TV on 1.1.10 for the first time ever.

i dig out my stb and connect it since all channels are opened, but no connection even though Ethernet and Wifi are connected.

It was working perfectly before I put it in store room.

Does anyone has this problem?

Which router Lan port you connect?

figured it out, LAN4, was using LAN1

anyone know why suddenly the chinese subtitle for korean channel isnt working ?

After mco both Chinese and Malay disabled. Maybe need human to sub it.
