My nick and face have pimple and pain. Pls gude me about this.. This is not normal pimple. First start beside my ear then come down on nick and shoulder now on face too.

Not pimple... I think is jock itch or tinea cruris.
Try Hydrocortisone to relieve the itch and then apply tolnaftate. |
