 Phone displays 4G but no data

So I am currently subscribed to the RM35 monthly pass in Hotlink Red, which expires on Feb 8th. My number was in grace period this morning, so I top up RM10 to extend the validity. But now even when it shows that my account is active I still don't get any connection.

I already restarted the phone, turned on flight mode etc. Am I missing something here? Any help would be appreciated.

The connection suddenly appears around 3 hours ago and it's fine now. I don't know what happened, thanks for the reply though
