so i assume you only have 5 Chant Script then. so Amy and (shion or Cerrine).  Shion VC is good though in powering enemy power down. same as Azami INT down enemy.
Shion is good multihit like Azami. is your Azami 5* ?? Azami can be used in Cradle fight too.
Cerrine is a Fist chracter but her attack is Piece and Blunt which make her kind of special character in certain content. ( her single attack Piece attack demage can be very high diue to her accumulative buff)

her speed buff is sufficient for you to surpass cradle and flame bird but only to herself unless u talking her VC Speed buff but only one turn. she originally is not a slow speed character in first place. her speed is 204 at lv 80 even without speed buff or badge.

is very hard to compare Cerrine and Shion because each of them specialise in different thing.
Secret key in musuem libraby i believe is to access to Hidden Fear Boss , the Lv90 Door Fear Boss if not mistaken. i haven't explore there yet.

as for charge stance. i guess it depend. stacking buff in this game does not work in straight line method . means you add 40% str + 30% str up from Aldo + 25% str up from Yuna does not equal to your str (40%+30%+25%=95%) . when you stack too much str buff, the incremental effect you see is lesser and lesser. so in the end it depend whether you have any other unit that can provide str buff. if you have maybe you do not need charge stance.

the best way to use stack is stack before hit AF ( eg. stack 2x )

Nameless girl. .... after doing another dungeon for a number of times. you talk to her ..the conversation change. in the end after u complete....like 1,000 or 9,999 times or more than that(can't remember...jap website might have more info) of another dungeon. you can fight her. she is not easy fight though. very very powerful boss.
