In ruins of rucyana, what do the status with blue orb means by? For example 2 status with blue orb and 1 of them is empty

The central room contains 4 Rucyanan Ingots - two in the pots at the start, and one each in the Treasure and Picture Rooms. The orb-holding statues at the start indicate if there are other Rucyanan Ingots to be discovered in the outer area of the Ruins, with each orb corresponding to one additional Ingot.
