Is the development at Iringan Bayu single phase or 3 phase?

Sorry. What I meant is the electrical wiring. Cause I see at YouTube the wiring for Erama is 3 phase. But saw at the pictures from owner seems like single phase at Astera

Any update on the flood issue at this place? Any forumers use the trunk road daily?

Last i went seems like the road had partially finished. But since construction still ongoing, can't say for certain that will be no flash flood. Need to be update by people who use the road daily.
