Hi all,
Anyone here knows whether you can claim JPJ for your punctured tyre?
Stupid deep pothole + spoiled street light.
I just changed my car tyre not long ago tho.
Thanks

If tyre still can glue the rubber, reuse...
My tyre also new, just 3~4 month and already punctured... My local council will not giv a fcuk .... Since every road they drill the big holes(around 4~6feet width) and left it for few year.... |

councils have public liability insurance over public roads under their management. i think brotherhood highlighted this issue before, but the approved claims i think end up less than 20% of your replacement cost.
if you are on a federal road, then need to claim with JKR. |

Depending on where you are, report to your local city council.

i did a claim before due to a hole on the road, my tyre puncture at the side and require to change a new 1. claim from MBPJ.
things you require: 1. police report (should do within 24hours) 2. pay then claim- proper receipt/invoice of your purchase 3. get in touch with the necessary party, if u had the accident in subang then contact MPSJ |

The road near my house takes forever to build.
Mud road for so long and the developer acah acah want to tar the road. They more interested to work on the barrier than the road itself. Because there are countlessnof lorries using the road. I can safely bet they still havent finish after developer finished the contruction project. |
