Once the chipset is released later this year, they will start production of two chipsets, then begin producing a third in 2008.

So fast to plan deliver as just planned. hmm.gif

pcie2.0 is useless IMHO. power consumption climbing up everything new graphic series launch. moreover, mobo providing more wattage to pcie port only strain mobo more. better leave it to psu to supply directly to graphic card

the forums didnot set the rules cannot talk about the future even I didnot mention that I was talking about now ... what da .... speechless ...

Yup u right, b4 this we already know what they are trying to do, but u wont know when they will do, to deliver, how was it look like, what kind of concepts, what outstanding own-technology featues like quad-SLi, SLi with physical card ( 3 cards concepts ), Model series number and etc. Did you read through the article or just reply based on the title?

I didnt read anywhere saying that the PCI-E 2.0 will support the current 1.0 version.Do you think they'll add support to old PCIE 1.0?

Some claims that PCI-X a.k.a PCI-Express (x16/x4/x1) but some refer as PCI-E flex.gif
Same shit I think ... unless u means PCI-X = PCI-Express x32.

Wahaha, damn funky grammar ever seen before, I like it.
Let correct current stream was so called Core 2 Duo/Quad...
If even they plan to launch (not lunch ... no offense tongue.gif) new architecture of Proc mapping, just make sense will be named as Core 3 Duo/Quad/Octal(8 cores)... Unless for marketting purpose, the brand which should be bombastic enuff to attract buyer ... who know ? might be named as " Core Ultra Duo/Quad/ " or " Core Hyper Infinity " or " Core Kick Ass Extreme " .... named just for fun .... For Fun Sake, just enjoy this joke ever make ...
