Well if you didn't leave it under the sun for too long, some tar remover might be able to get it off.
But typically once it's eaten into the paint, you'll have to live with it already. Hence, I never park under any fruit trees that might have sap drops (mango is one of the worst) and clean anything on your paint immediately like Matrix said.

I carry a spray gun with water and a cloth in the boot.
