dude i read the forums but what i found out it most of them are recommending Meguiar's product. Is there any product beside it? It is hard for me to get a Meguiar as it is not easily available from all hypermarket. I search thru Jusco, Giant but it seems like i m running out of luck. Parkson is simply too far from me. For me i just require some information on how to do a proper and simple polish and wax. Thanks for ur guide there dude.

meguiars in KL only can buy in eneos, ace, parkson 1u and subang.

if u dun wan so espensive, turtle wax and the 1 shown by gkl83 are the next choice ...

I still live at the top of the tree so kinda ulu(but i take lift to get in my house) =P .If KL sure no problem i heard many forumer recommend Eneos but the first time i heard them is from Initial D. laugh.gif but anyway which supermarket i can get turtle wax? Is turtle wax is a wax not polish?
*
yes, eneos is 1 the japanese oil company like petronas ... and they sell all kinds of stuff as long as related to car ... not only petrol ...

turtle wax is just a brand name like meguiars

suppose turtle wax u can buy in carefour, giant and jusco ...

turtle wax is not cheap either for the 'highes spec' ... their platinum shampoo costs rm35++

U use b4 Kit Wax? I m using it now.. also very hard to wipe off when dry.. some more after wipe still got the blurish effect... then need to wash the car again only got blink blink...
*
i think this mean Kit wax is not that good ... i using those RM20 black magic b4 and also encounter same problem as yours, hard to wipe and got blurish effect ...

now i using nxt wax and totally different, easy to rub off and shine instantly after wipe it off ...

i use Kit wax becos my car paint is new and it claims its suitable for new paint and non abrasive.. ur NXT how much? abrasive or not?
*
nxt wax is combo, polish+wax, RM109, consider non abrasive, for meguiars, abrasive polish are scratch x and the deep crystal step 2 polish ...

trust me, it worth your money to buy meguiars wax and polish... icon_rolleyes.gif

may be u can try those steps, and not the nxt wax because separate polish and wax is much better result ...

1. wash
2. clay(with car shampoo to save budget)
3. deep crystal step 1 paint cleaner
4. deep crystal step 2 polish
5. deep crystal step 3 carnauba wax
6. quick detailer for weekly maintenance

some people love to have those polimer sealant as more protection ...

yes, is espensive...but you can use for 1-2 years except u detailing every month tongue.gif

polish only recommended every 5-6 months depend car paint condition.

no worry, as long as you wax back after polish, the car paint is alright ... somemore no people polish the car every month 1...

in kl, only ACE, ENEOS, parkson subang and 1u got sell meguiars ... or you buy in hypercoat usj.

if u hav low budget, go for turtle wax ... i use them a lot before i switch to meguiars ...

and turtle wax got cheap, moderate and espensive(platinum) class to suit consumer's budget tongue.gif

Yukaeshi, scratch x is a abrasive polish, so don't use too often and always wax the car after polish ... deep crystal step 3 carnauba 3 is a good wax nod.gif

jimlim007, u know what is plastisin? then u can imagine what is clay ?

kevinlim001, intro u expert detailer... sweat.gif sweat.gif

u guys use sponge to wash car?
*
i use the meguiars car wash mint ... like a glove 1 ...

and use 2 buckets system, 1 for shampoo, 1 for clean water ...

this wont prevent scratch but at least will minimise it ...
