Problem internet data & validity 365, Unable to assess internet

Hi hotlink, just now I have used my hotlink fast prepaid plan to subscribe a internet data package which is rm 30 for 2gb 30 days + 30gb happy hours.. The money have been deducted but I can't use the internet data??? How come? Can you help me?πππ
And how can I buy the validity 365? I didn't find it with *100# there. Hope to get your reply ASAP, thanks.

hi, "hotlink fast prepaid plan" doesn't have validity 365. Are you sure u r using fast prepaid plan? If just activate your fast repaid plan simcard, what u will getting is hotlink RED plan.. u can check your plan from RED App or *100#
p/s: u can check your internet status(eg:how much quota left) in RED App .
