Hi, I went for a visit to the showroom a couple of weeks ago. Each tower, has about 380-390 so in total for three towers, it should be above 1000+ units.

In contrast to Tower A which has three layouts (800 sqft, 950 sqft, & 1,050 sqft), Tower B only has one layout (1,000 sqft). The lowest price starts from 450k and increases by RM500 per floor IIRC. For corner units, it starts from about 465k. Normal units get 2 car parks in tandem, while corner units will get side-by-side parking lots. The prices mentioned above are for pre-launch so expect them to start a little higher after launch.

Tower B (Nexus@Kajang) and Tower A (PR1MA@Kajang) will have shared facilities, which do not include a swimming pool. The maintenance rate is expected to be about RM0.20 per sqft.

According to the agent, Tower C (which hasn't been launched yet), will have approximately the same rates as Boulevard 2 - another nearby project from MKH. It will have its own separate facilities. Higher price and maintenance.

In terms of location, Nexus is directly across the road from the Kajang MRT/KTM station, and can be accessed with a flyover that will be built. The roads at Jalan Bukit will also apparently be upgraded into double lane roads. As you may have read, there's been a lot of protests about this project mainly due to disruption caused by construction works and also concerns about the traffic situation there.

For those looking to invest, I guess it's worth considering because of its connectivity to MRT/KTM and proximity to colleges/schools etc nearby. The cons are obviously the high density and traffic. Good luck.

Road will upgraded to double lane? smile.gif Road upgrade looks like only possible if the removal of the 4 schools primary and secondary (within 500-700 meters) , DZ unicollege, church building ..etc...which is almost impossible.

Unless...option 1...one way street ....with double lane (this is worst then PJ already) as for you to return back to your place might around 10 km plus travel

option 2 elevated road..which also doesn't look like possible...

But since MRT/KTM is selling point for this location...all residents might not need car for they daily use...just get a motorbike or cycle for town travel
Cause now after work traffic/peak hours for the stretch of road is about 30-40 mins for 2km....this is not with the 4 high rise building on the within 500meter.......total estimated 2600* to 3K plus plus units...including the MKH Boulevard2 (which will have shops and retail outlet).

Situated right next to the Kajang KTM and MRT transit station in the heart of Kajang, MKH Boulevard II is a 42-storey high rise development that aims to be a one-stop centre offering contemporary living via boutique serviced apartments.
