It's really worth to buy nexus tower C compared to prima cos prima will have to top up 10% downpayment + plus loan fees and mot are not free (according to mkh developer)

I see.thanks for your info..i just wonder other people said 370k.. is it the net value after minus all fee?? If not why the price varies...
