I bought one unit in tower B, I am working in KL and it take me almost 45-50 mins drive from ampang to KL area. My home walking distance to LRT and above 30 minutes ride to my office. I was planning to buy a property for ownstay and I would not choose kajang if I have choice to afford a 600k property in KL. Due to income constraint, I selected nexus in kajang over many new affordable property in KL area due to the following reason 1. Many KL affordable property are not cheap because of the lands chosen is either near hypertension tower ( most Prima project) , sewerage pool ( Taman desa) or landfill (99 residences). 2. Extremely high density (1200++) around the area and congested ( this is common in every developed area) 3. Especially cheras residential area and Jalan Kuching where distance is short but time taken to drive in residential areas or going to town make not much different due to many traffic light during both weekday and weekend ( nexus direct access to several highway with fewer traffic light) 4. Small size and expensive 5. Leasehold 6. Not walking distance to MRT / LRT 7. Nexus easy access to many highway and price cheaper than other property with walking distance to MRT definitely posses better competitive in term of rental return in this overhang environment 8. Next few year I expected nexus easy to be disposed due to freehold and easy access to transportation and highway (EKVE) and established township with many convenient store and amenities (family mart, banks except for UOB, mcd, KFC, Watson, Pasar, guardian, Texas chicken and so on and forth) 9. Highway construction will be completed and EKVE both will help to reduce traffics condition to KL 10. Personal preference- I used to read news during my train to office, with 2 hour 2 way MRT journey living in nexus, I am ok with it.

++ MRT direct to many hotspot station with no transit is required ++ KTM got improved as many upgrade has been completed based on live data accessible by MyRailtime apps to better schedule ur time. It takes around 45-50 mins to KL station. Many are still stereotype on KTM about not on time. In fact it was due to the less frequency.
