Just put the picture followed by your phone model, just like in Camera-Phone Shots Gallery. Better still if you have the source of your theme or wallpaper.

For Symbian phones the wallpaper won't fill the screen unless it's part of the theme, so you can easily create your own theme here.

Screenshot software included for S60 UIQ, 1st/2nd & 3rd. I have no idea how to screenshot on non-Symbian phone though. If you have any idea, please inform me. Thanks.

Lol rotateme. Have to try it.

Rotateme is good for internet browsing and maybe some other apps. The hotkey is kinda buggy, can only be used once and the installation is uh... tedious because it's unsigned lol. Still cool nontheless.

Your OS should be S60 3rd Edition FP1 (Feature Pack 1). I dunno if you can use the one i posted in the 1st post, but give it a try.
