Hi /k, i have been vaping pod mod for quite some times. currently on nanostix. Anyone here tried Akso or Ncig before and how does it feel ? do they give the same throat hit like nanostix ? i'm looking for alternative pod now due to nanostix pod quality had decreased badly. and recently i found that nanostix do make my body feel dry everytime i hit on it.

started using Artery PAL II recently

but I smoke free base juice with 0 nicotine only... at most 2-3mg. never a smoker, just vaping for fun and the flavour

you can try getting a refillable pod like mine and use nicotine salt juice, I heard it gives better hit with every puff

just started using ncig since yesterday...like it better than nanostix..and the pod quality is also better in my opinion...more vapor production too

i'm quite a hardcore smoker before this. smoke almost 2packs a day. tried a few times to quit but failed.
so for me smoking a pod now is quite an achievement though

not those /ktard rich, but price is not my main issue as long it really have quality.

Yeah I've also noticed my more recent nanostix pods leaking a bit more. Usually only suck on the nanostix while driving.

All other times I vape on my Nautilus AIO. 6mg ejuice mixed with 35mg nic salt juice.

Been using Nanostix and JUUL for few months and managed to stop smoking. Tried NCIG and loving it. More vapour and the unit built itself is superb. Just like JUUL but the mouth piece is better than JUUL. I also experiencing pods leaking issue with Nanostix. My suggestion, based on the company behind NCIG (Nasty Juice maker), I would say NCIG is the winner, although I have never tried Akso.

Same. I got the Orion because of the hype. But totally regret it because it does not have flavor. Only over the top sweetened juice work on Orion. But then using this juice will kill the coil much faster. My first pod gunk up in less than a week.

just got my Ncig last Friday night. thought of giving it a try since i'm quite disappointed with nanostix quality recently.
My point of view - Ncig draw are much smoother and produce better vapor. The mod looks more solid and stylish. but nanostix give better Throat Hit same like those reds ciggie. Ncig are more like Mevius. In term of flavor, nanostix are better but it will get your body dehydrated faster.

if Ncig have coffee flavor then it would say it is almost perfect.

I tried ncig and it is really good compared to nanostix and mipod. It is smooth and its design and flavours are good. It even has a Ncase like powerbank. u need buyit separately la but Can charge ur ncig with that. look damn stylo n sleek.

How was the pods ? Able to vape for two days on single pod? For Nanostix i vape for about 2 days per pod.

yeah bought it from a guy from carousell. we did a COD.
just found out that Ncig is a copy of relx.
Ncig produce locally hence the pods are cheaper compare to relx.

i doubt all the above mention give a better throat hit compare to nanostix. only akso that i had never tried before but heard it give the same feeling as ncig which they call lung hit.

Ncig, Akso, Juul = Mevius or marlboro light.
Nanostix = Dunhill Red.

Just my personal opinion.

Overall summary from my personal opinion :

Throat Hit .. Nanostix > Ncig.
Battery life span .. Nanostix > Ncig
Vapor Amount .. Ncig > Nanostix
Design & Build .. Ncig > Nanostix
Leaking issue .. Nanostix > Ncig. nanostix leak like shit recently.
Pods price .. Nanostix = Ncig

so for now i still use both alternatively.
Hazelnut Coffee on nanostix & Fine Tobacco on Ncig. depends on my mood

i would rather continue smoking cigarette and die earlier than smoking iqos.

crack on the nanostix mouthpiece and leakage really turn me off. is like end of the day u only manage to smoke 2/3 of the juice amount.

Nanostix seems “ fixed “ the crack and leaking issue at the moment. The latest batch of pods is working well ( bought a day before cny ) and so far opened two packs of pods none are leaking.
Hope it stay as it now lol

Tried nanostix last year after smoking for 21 years. Doesn't feel the urge to smoke cigarette unlike other vape. Used it for ~8 months then it broke down. Straight away quit smoking/vaping after that until now.

Tested nanostix and Ncig last 2 week ended up choosing nanostix.

Reason coz throat hit felt better on nanostix. And also more choice of flavour

Ncig i think is too smooth doesnt feel like any smoke going to your lungs. Tasted all 04 flavours still not satisfied. Nicer design and slightly cheaper then nanostix at rm150 (package). Nanostix package rm178 fyi.

It does feel lightheaded/dizzy using nanostix tho.

Manage to reduce smoking drastically. (ok i admit countrywide clampdown on contrband ciggie plays a part). So i took this opportunity to stop smoking or atleast cut down.

Honestly at first tot is same as vaping coz my vape already collecting dust

The trick is you need to control yourself when vaping, since you can technically just vape non stop per session either until you ran out of liquid/battery. Usually i just count 5-7 puffs/session, at most 10.

Another thing that helped me to quit when my nanostix broke down was I usually take a week long leave at the end of the year, it broke down near that period and since I'm not working, there's less tension/pressure leading to lesser urge to vape, plus even if I wanted to, there's no colleague that I can borrow their vape from.

The pods quality issue is now fixed. There are also refillable pods out there that fix with the STIX.

Go for Artery Pal II with salt nicotine juice. I have been a heavy smoker (2 packs per day) due to stress and you know some programmer stuff (coffee + cig is a must). I have tried many pods before but end up with Artery Pal II, it is the best POD and throat hit for me, plus it is way cheaper to maintain as it is a refillable juice and u need to only replace the coil every 2 weeks to 1 months range. U shud try.

How about the flavor? How many days per bottle?

10 ml with 60 mg (~RM12-15 avg | 10ml) can last me 3-4 days with frequent usage.

How frequent is frequent usage for me (daily)?
1.Drive from Permaisuri,Cheras -> Hartamas (all the way smoke non stop in car)
2. 11.00 am -> 11:30 am smoke
3. Lunch hour smoke
4. 4:30 -> 5:00 pm smoke
5. Dinner and before sleep (1-2 hours smbil tgk netflix or anime).


So far I am amazed that I have 300-500 extra per month due to no more cigarette smoking. Yes it is noted that pods/vape still use money but it cuts me like 70-80% cost!

I usually use 0.6 cause much more smoke + more throat hit. Usually the occ can last 2 weeks until 1 months depends on your flavour. If flavour got sweet like fruity should be around 2-3 weeks but if creamy hardly burnt can last 1 month... the price at vape69 around rm13

those pod systems with nic salt has benzoic acid in them,
known to cause pseudoallergy.

I know benzoic acid or sodium benzoate is used in food and GRAS,
but the amount you inhale is much higher than what you take in food,
not to mention the potential of it to turn into benzene once in contact with vitamin C.

for pod, only use nic salt. a bottle of 10ml can last for about 2 weeks. save a lot.
