So it's a prebuilt - can you please run Dell's diagnostics? hmm.gif

Check whether you see any error codes after the test completes. If there is an error, post it here so that I can diagnose the problem further icon_idea.gif

So it might be a software/driver related issue - can you post the minidump file here? (You may need to zip the files first beforehand) icon_idea.gif

The file should be located in this path:
C:\Windows\Minidump\

Also you may want to enable minidump files first to allow minidump files to be created icon_idea.gif

I cannot find the dump file - did you zip them up and upload here or upload the dumpfile to a cloud storage such as Dropbox? icon_idea.gif

460W running GTX1070? 1070 is come prebuild from Dell?

soon after you reinstall windows, did you install back all the drivers? especially the mobo driver from Dell, they should provided a CD with relevant drivers for your PC set.
what about display driver, did Dell provide them too? use that one or the default from windows 10 rather than updating from Nvidia

Window suddenly deactivate.....after contact microsoft & dell realize i replace motherboard years ago and they didn't give me a new window code, so I buy a code from lazada and format it. (I frequently format pc when I feel it getting slower ) biggrin.gif

what website? Dell?
never download driver from unofficial webpage.
Dell download site also very misleading, make sure you download the correct version of your model,
and always a big problem letting GFE auto update driver, they always lead you to experiment new driver for them without fully test it, I'm still using a pre 4xx.xx driver and not a single issue.
Try remove the driver and use back the default one from windows and never let GFE auto update for you.

Windows 10 has a reset to factory setting, you don't have to reformat windows all the time.

Download and run BlueScreenView. Choose the date n the bluescreen error to see which driver / system files ... etc causing the blue screen error.
