There's a form to be filled by students issue from UCSI, but i guess there must be a proper procedure between UCSI and all the owners in Armani Residence.
Impossible all naked deals. This issue i think can search for answers from the authorities.

Just contacted the authorities they said for rumawip is not available to join the Uni accomodation plan as it is intended to be first home staying. As for the condos yes they have a proper black and white contract because the university need the owners to do lite reno example partition wall and set up to rent it out as a hostel. But the contract is not GRR guarantee rental return, UCSI will prioritize the residence to the students.

place booking, waiting reject unit now... for investment purpose not sure is a good buy or not, any advice from all the sifu here?

i've just book the lowest 5th floor unit 11 facing swimming pole but only 7% discount, anyone have manage to get 10 percent, when was that?
i've also found out that peterson plan to include riana south as their hostel, so actually they have the same advantage and they are nearer some more.

the arrangement from peterson with ucsi2 is not contractual and they can even choose anyone they like and riana south is one of them, this is what the peterson staff told me

Eventually they have their own benefit as greatest consideration.....whichever unit / project can deliver highest revenue to them will matter most
