Recommended daily intake of fiber is 30g, according to an article in BBC... https://www.bbc.com/news/health-46827426 Quick & easy tips: - cooking potatoes with the skin on - swapping white bread, pasta and rice for wholemeal versions - choosing high-fibre breakfast cereals such as porridge oats - chucking some chickpeas, beans or lentils in a curry or over a salad - having nuts or fresh fruit for snacks or dessert - consuming at least five portions of fruit or vegetables each day

Normally can eat a lot of veggie in the zhap fan store.
Though sometimes the dishes will be so loaded with oil until it probably negates the fibre benefits lol

QUOTE(Eurobeater @ Jan 20 2019, 12:11 PM) Normally can eat a lot of veggie in the zhap fan store. Though sometimes the dishes will be so loaded with oil until it probably negates the fibre benefits lol Consuming rolled oats is one of the easiest way to have sufficient fiber in your diet.
