Same here, just like what the above say, I send over my GPU in April, waited till August no news and whatsoever, have to beg hin multiple time to get it done.
Then told me its done and when I collect and try it back home, nothing work. Worst thing, I open up and sees some of the Vram are being change. Most likely change my Vram to other gpu.

Could be worst, thanks god I insist to check the GPU before payment. Already felt a little fishy when he refuse to show it working on the spot when I collect.

I had engage a few computer shop to diagnose and all of them say GPU is not functioning.

Pls beware or at least check again before payment.

Warranty you said, if only you replied my message when I keep texting you telling its not working.
And why it is only when post here then you start taking attention? It alright, I learned my lesson and just hope other won't fall for it.

Message for everyone: if the repair took longer than 2 month, you shall start asking or at least post here to get his attention. Hope it help.

This is exactly the same case as mine, but mine even longer, it took him 4 month. I send on April, and after that he said Raya not working, I am perfectly fine so I gave another 1months, then MCO happened, I was thinking its fine also because its not what he could control, so I gave another 2months.
Now total 3 months, then once again he told me part ordering coming from other country and again I gave him 1 more months, now total 4 months waiting.
He told me at first need re-balling then say Vram issues.

At the end I cant take the delay anymore and I give my final request, its either fix or I take back.
Then only he told me repair is done and repair fees is RM900++. Without hesitate I agreed because I thought finally the long wait, its being fixed.

As soon as I get back, tried my GPU, then only I realized it still not working. Message him, no reply.

Message to everyone, If the above sound familiar, you should start getting back your GPU. Seem like I am not the only person experience this.

Yes you told me that I had trusted you, that's why I waited for so long.

I almost had transfer RM900 on the spot if not I insist to check first but you told me you cant do that, so I go back, test it and its not working. Thanks god I didn't pay on the spot without checking.
If your phone broke down how do you receive call? By the way I did try to call you but sadly no answer

I even give you the reasonable of doubt, thinking might be its the other hardware, thus I send 2 different computer shop to diagnose each hardware. Both also conclude GPU issues. Computer is fine once GPU swapped.

I am your customer that waited more than 4 months patiently and at the end get back the GPU that still not yet fix. And why at the first place you told me its done?
Imagine if that happen to you, how would you feel?

So moving on, now that I get your attention, are you gonna fix it properly this time and how long again I have to wait?
As I said, I am ready to pay you RM900 that you quoted if its done properly.

Will collect back 1 week later. Shall update here till then.

Today finally able to collect back the card.

But sadly in short, the card still not working.

Armand explain that, there might be problem with the GPU cores itself, might need another GPU core replacement.
Will take about another 2 weeks time to check if he has the replacement.
