I have a 2070 which was given to me via RMA from Zotac just about 2 months ago and died. It was a replacement for my dead GTX1080.

My Zotac 2070 out of the blue, just artifact one evening while gaming (I play the same game every night so a sudden artifact was very alarming)
Then it artifact in the BIOS, and into windows. After a few device crashes in windows, it will become Microsoft Basic Adapter. Not always, but will sometimes be Nvidia 2070.

Then a reboot to windows , it will function until I load a game.

So when its functioning, on 2d clocks (3 monitor ) there are no problems (1410mhz/7000mhz).

Then if I turn on a game, it will artifact and crash windows, sometimes self recoverable and sometimes a PC restart is needed.
After some testing, any game whether light or heavy, will crash it regardless of the speed
1410, 1600mhz, 1800mhz
It crashes at any temperature between 55c to 68c, Above 68c it will confirm crash from my testing.

In windows, everything is fine. I can use my PC no problem but any GPU usage will crash randomly. Sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 4 hours.
Nox Android emulator, Twitch stream, COD, Dota2, Haven 4 uniengine.

Additional info of the card.
Clock speeds 1860 stock sometimes boosts to 2060
Mem speeds 7000
Temps never crossed 81c
Forced 100% fan during load

My PSU is a 1200w Corsair HX. Swapped to EVGA 550W Gold G3, same results.
Ive swapped AMD Ryzen to Intel i7 , same results
Ive swapped to another mobo/RAM and all same results
Reduced to 1 monitor, same results
Changed DP/HDMI cable, same results

I have a dispute going on with Zotac to see if they can RMA but i doubt it.

Are you able to hav a look at it?
