Hello boss, my gpu (rx580)

Hello Bro ... got a sapphire hd7850, while playing game, suddenly shut down, and when reboot back to Windows, got artifacts as card is using basic drivers .Once I reinstall the drivers ... it wont boots up to Windows with black screen.
Can it be repair and how much estimate? tq |

sorry i post to ask again.. don't know how to contact u and kind of desperate becoz cannot afford new card/laptop.. here some images of my RX 580, one day suddenly up smoke and then pc shutdown, try turn on but no GPU detected... motherboard is H310M S.2 2.0, with i3 9100F.. fan not spin and motherboard beep 5 times

ive got asus dual rx580 8gb.
1.black screeen appear. cannot enter bios.only black screen. ctl+alt+del also no happen. 2.displayport port cannot use.only use hdmi port how much to repair it? |

Got my R9 280X repaired & repasted few weeks ago and the service is very good and fast. The problem was artifacts showing after loading in windows and would crash not long after.
It functions well now and good. Appreciate the good service and thanks a lot  |
