Hi Boss, GTX 1070, first version of EVGA with no padding, added myself, when EVGA delivered it to me. is it possible to fix it?

Side note: its possible to connect to hdmi port and showing, but when install driver for gtx1070, straight artifacting, then just black screen, but the sound is still on.
