what a waste to make all that changes just to become a shopping mall again... in between times square, lot 10 and pavilion... BORING AF

if I'm the planner, I would have turned it into a better and comfier jalan alor, wide walkways with pretty trees lined up along the sides (and no cars/bikes allowed), for example this pink flower tropical climate tree, can create the same effect like japan/korea plum blossom season. it will become famous for pictures and attract tons of people.



al fresco eateries, more natural light, cafe breakfast to fine-dining to underground clubs and roof-top bars, with a unique air-cond food market where you can get street food and market food from Japan, Korea, Thai, Europe, America. can host food festivals like April Japan/Korea festival, Oktoberfest, Christmas Market, etc. Bring in food camps, food trucks, posh lawns, camp sites. lol probably too ambitious for such a small space.

that way you will set yourself apart in bukit bintang and "not just another mall"
