SocialClub.rockstargames.com is blocked?, problem is still there for TM Unifi user

It looks like some IP of TM is blocked by rockstar, yes social club only.
The way I fix it to just keep restarting my modem/router to get the IP that is not blocked by rockstar. |

TakeTwo is blocking some TM IP address. Maybe lots of TM users are hacking or exploiting stuffs?
Current workaround is to keep on restarting the internet connection so that you get the IP that is not blocked by TakeTwo. |
