i dont know but, i did thousand times of reconnect and connect (sometime still get the same ip but problem is never go away) until i got a really unique and rare prefix, then it worked immediately untill now.
if i manually changed the ip address again or my home blackout or router restarts.. problem back again cos ip changed
i have a theory that , everytime we restart our router, over on TM side a "new session" is created for our connection. and seeing as the internet is connected via underwater submarine cables. we may or may not randomly be assigned to a session that is utilizing a particular cable for its internet traffic. so if this is the case i suspect that TM is not directly responsible for blocking social club nor is R* for ip banning blocks of TM's IP addresses as that would be reckless, but rather possibly certain countries along the route that that the internet traffic goes, possibly blocking social club traffic.
Eg,
Session 1 (Using cable 1) Goes from Country A(malaysia) > Country B > Country C > Rockstar servers = Gta can login
Session 2 (Using cable 2) Goes from Country A(malaysia) > Country F > Country H(this country block social club servers > Rockstar servers = unable to login
again this is just my theory, maybe not correct also i dunno
