I saw alot of dead ssd complaints in the product reviews on amazon for Kingston. And Sandisk is super cheap so I'm kinda iffy on it.
Better go with Samsung just to be safe. |

QUOTE(ohman @ Jan 12 2019, 07:09 PM) actually the price is quite cheap already, 1tb at 799, 500gb at 399. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjWUGsQNSvEbut since just to store game, i am thinking just to get cheapest only. rm262 for 480gb seems ok. HDD: don't worth it, too slow SSHD: if you want big storage, is the best option, is cheap e faster than HDD SSD: if you want speed, is best option, a bit slower than M.2 and chepaer. M.2 NVME: don't worth it |

Kingston buy NAND from anything they can get their hands on for their lower end range of their product stack. Sandisk that model is much worst than Kingston A400, and Kingston A400 is already trash to begin with.
if you want i suggest MX500, 12.12 sale it does dropped to RM300 before. May be CNY can try your luck at shoppee if not just get 2 unit of Seagate SSD 250GB @ RM150+ each. Dont bother those 2 model you mentioned. |
