for bed cases, better buy from ahmad ahchong mutu furniture shop nearby your house, cheaper, less hassle, they send to your home, install it for you. With that kind of money u pay for ikea, u can get a better bed design at normal shop.

why waste energy, time n money for ikea. i will never buy big bulky with so many things to assemble from ikea, only the small n ez assemble only

thanks for letting me know ikea beds are not standard size. i had no idea. i have never bought an ikea bed and dont intend to buy one because they dont look very comfy but its nice to know about it so that i can advise my friends.

I so happy but Dunlopillo chiropractic matress at a bargain price around RM900 in VN for Dunlopillo ....sekali put the bed sheets all cannot fit .....mahai need spend money buy new bedsheets

The bed size in Malaysia not same and my akemi all cannot fit even my matress protector cannot fit

Sudah lah TS cheapskate buy bedframe from ikea, want to cheap skate some more and buy mattress from elsewhere when it's easier just to get it all at once and have it delivered in one go saving time and money.
Then amazingly he f up the assembly and blame it on ikea instructions which are designed for even illiterate people to use.
I learned 2 things today, 1 ikea bed frames are for their mattresses only and got people that are so dumb they can f up ikea assembly instructions.

I just giving sincere advice to him. eventhough it is an old thread, maybe he never realise the slatted bed base can be broke or patah and I dont want bad happen again since he had a bad experience on this item.
