Hi guys just wanted to share my changes after 1 month of gym and fixing my sleep schedule and ayam eating healthily
-less drowsiness and yawning at work
-able to wake up on time with a good night sleep after workout
-less pimples and better looking (some pregnant woman came back after giving birth saying my face is sharper now)

however I'm still on BMI above 26 and a long way to go, shout out to the guys/girls on your way, dont give up, you can do it
