Work out need determination and patience. Positive thinking must have and adopt healthy lifestyle would totally make a difference. Been joining gym almost two years now and never turn back since. Make it daily routine by signing up a gym where you can drop by after work at the same time save your petrol.

Currently taking break on weight training cuz haven't buy protein lol

I don't really count my calories tho.

Just control diet by taking wholemeal bread and milo with oats in the morning.

Go full meal for lunch

And Cut down dinner meal to snack or two light meal.

To mantain body weight low and close to ideal BMI.
