Hi guys just wanted to share my changes after 1 month of gym and fixing my sleep schedule and ayam eating healthily

-less drowsiness and yawning at work
-able to wake up on time with a good night sleep after workout
-less pimples and better looking (some pregnant woman came back after giving birth saying my face is sharper now)
-feeling happier and better confident
-better breathing, less shortness of breath

however I'm still on BMI above 26 and a long way to go, shout out to the guys/girls on your way, dont give up, you can do it

not quit, just play less when its time to sleep i go to sleep

after getting 24/36 challenges done, im not playing that much anymore, maybe experimenting builds and tinkering with crafts

the 36th challenge reward is not worth it btw, i saw it its ugly

now im trying to get some dumbbell, light weight more reps

its quite a lifestyle change actually, i usually do laundry every weekend, now twice a day, every food you see you can actually picture and calculate how many calories, tbh i saved a lot of money preparing my own meals now

i was my first time registering they got free 2 session with trainer so i asked a lot of question

mostly the workout involve body movement like lunges, burpees, planks, rope swinging etc

Hi guys, ts here, this is me reporting at 98kg, didnt drop much from chinese new year and now

i have gone to premium membership and starting to go swimming in between workout days, dropped the cardio after weight lifting days 1 3 5 light , 2 4 swimming.

however sometime i feel like the craving is really strong especially at night after workout, stronger than 1st month starting gym

any solutions guys?
