when start to plateau then will die off.

u must be those fresh faces at the gym usually will disappear after 2-3 months

Don't go in without a plan. What is your goal? To be buff? To be slim? To train stamina? All these goals have different training method. Go google for the right one. Once you start, have to be consistent. Cannot this week do then next week lazy then following week continue again.
