Well most gym goers can last for 3-5 mths only after that the problem comes coz they wan cancel the membership..lol..ive seen alot

Good thread. I gym for a year and gave up after not seeing much changes physically....
Recently started back slowly, all my lift gone down a lot.
Main lifts gone down by 20kg sad.gif

what do you craving for?

as for me, sometime when i'm craving for soft drink, i buy the 500ml bottle with no sugar/calories. e.g.: coke zero. 1 small bottle can last me few days. because i only drink 2-3 small gulp to satisfy my throat.. you can always find the alternative, if not just eat/drink it.. just reduce the amount consumed.. no point letting your brain stress..
