Hi guys, ts here, this is me reporting at 98kg, didnt drop much from chinese new year and now
i have gone to premium membership and starting to go swimming in between workout days, dropped the cardio after weight lifting days 1 3 5 light , 2 4 swimming.
however sometime i feel like the craving is really strong especially at night after workout, stronger than 1st month starting gym
any solutions guys?

as for me, sometime when i'm craving for soft drink, i buy the 500ml bottle with no sugar/calories. e.g.: coke zero. 1 small bottle can last me few days. because i only drink 2-3 small gulp to satisfy my throat.. you can always find the alternative, if not just eat/drink it.. just reduce the amount consumed.. no point letting your brain stress..
