I only managed to do 50 each of those and 2km running. need remaining energy to work or else I simply sleep for few hours.

just a hint if someone want lose weight but still didnt after try many time
just leave sweet drink and only drink plain water.
me from 107 to 95 because of that. no diet. but from 95 to 85 me doing jogging and a bit diet (eat only 1 time a day only lunch, but that lunch 1 eat like crazy la)
now 85 my weight fluctuate because i cant resist teh ais. almost everyday drink -.-
