Btw for jogging,need at least 30-45 mins for each session, below than that better dun need run. Weight training is more effective imo. I hit the gym like three times per week and 1 hour each session. I dont control my diet. Juz eat fried things, rice x2 bowl, sweet drinks etc. Juz be consistent in training

previously I went for cycling (rpm) in gym there....3X a week....can see I lose weight lah...but now I stop d so wondering if jogging works too.

ohh. sorry then. Last time i did cycle for like 10km everyday. No noticeable weight lost, only calf muscle bigger. For treadmill, run at least 30 mins to have effect ba. do weight training la. I confirm u very fast wub.gif

Sad i need to give up working out for 1 month due to severe back injury. Hoping my strength and stamina wont drop that much after returning to the gym

you are right bro...
these two are important points, weights training and HIIT burn calories very fast.
weights training build more muscles and they will help burn more calories when not working out.

and TS is quite tall and TS, i think you be lady killer if your keep a good physique.

Yeah. I NEVER do cardio up until now. Just purely weight and also hav results. Not necessary to do cardio for weight cutting.
