Hi guys just wanted to share my changes after 1 month of gym and fixing my sleep schedule and ayam eating healthily

-less drowsiness and yawning at work
-able to wake up on time with a good night sleep after workout
-less pimples and better looking (some pregnant woman came back after giving birth saying my face is sharper now)
-feeling happier and better confident
-better breathing, less shortness of breath

however I'm still on BMI above 26 and a long way to go, shout out to the guys/girls on your way, dont give up, you can do it

when u exercise constantly, u get sick way less too

even when you're sick, u feel that you're fine..can still jump here and there

do i need personal trainer? i have zero knowledge about this

buy very hard to lose more weigh after 67

eatinghealthy - really less rice, weigh lifting 4 times per week. 1 hour each. calory deficit 6 out of 7 days conlanfirm

if u have money really recommended. sometiimes when ur mind say stop, actually ur body can push for more.

like lift weigh 10kg, u nvr know actually u can lift 15kg, need personal trainer to push u.

Dulu when I started going office gym, a lot of colleague were like you. Some even bet I will quit after 3 months.

Now 10 years later, every time I see them can just laugh at their face for this statement. rolleyes.gif

Lots of people sign up for gym 1 year also will quit by mid year. It's real common.
