i am thinking to buy tune protect motor insurance. anyone can share their experiences in term of claim or benefits?

read their TnC properly on what and how much is covered like how many KM of free towing is provided

i found out their towing coverage is less than those reputable insurance company but it's enough depending how far u need to be towed
is it cheaper than those reputable company?...i personally don't think so or the difference is just too small

Is this by Air Asia boss like Tune Hotel and Tune Talk? You are better off taking insurance from one of the established names instead of a newcomer. It's not just the towing but the ease of claims which you need to consider. I have no experience with Tune Protect but small insurance companies which are not well capitalized tend to squeeze down claims.

Tune Insurance not new comer and old name was United Capital Assurance after merger between United Oreintal & Capital Insurance ( Safety Insce as well). After took over by Tune Group and mgmt change, most senior people left the company..
