Hi..

I'm have interested on Yamaha Y15, and planning on purchasing one very soon..

After do a few survey AEON and Shop Loan is not in my financing list since the interest is really high..

However, i notice some of the shop also offer Maybank easy payment (credit card) which is 0% interest fee nod.gif nod.gif

Anyone here got experience buying motorcycle thru this scheme? Care to share?

Thanks

Do search my experience buying bike with Maybank easy payment. I've written many times regarding this. 100% zero interest. thumbup.gif

Swipe, choose 12 month / 18 months / etc. key in pin. Done.

Bike shop in Meru. Can't remember the bike shop name. That was in 2014.

Bought Yamaha Ego LC for RM6,000. No additional charges. 18 months.

for this ezpayment for maybank, you can find the listing which shop having this 'installment'. but according the list i called and visit few big motor shop, they no more do maybank 0% installment, (even listing have thier shop name) they will tell u after swipe ur credit card, call ur bank to do installment.

i call maybank , ezpayplus will have 0.75%/m
6,12,18,24 month
but i think not worth. better than take motor loan like aeon loan.

finally i found a shop they still can use 0% ezpayment up to 24months. but they will have a one shot 6.5% extra charge. they said actually 0% is for customer, but bank will charge them (shop) so they won't absorb this fee. (that why many shop don't want to do)

example motor rm10k x 6.5%= RM650
this 650 can pay cash to motor shop.

than 0% easy payment.
10000 / 24 = RM416.66
