Just got an sms from GC that says "your account will be suspended in 24 hours temporarily due to high cancellation rate for two weeks. Ask me to go to the reeducaton centre and so on.

My question is how long is the suspension? I cannot afford this so miserable rn

Common believe that the acceptable range of cancellation is 10%. But in actual even driver cancellation rate below 10% can still get warning due to the point 3 in the links.

I do believe that point 3 include those scenarios for example, the driver car not moving after accepting pings, drivers car move further and further away from pick up points, called up rider ask them cancel without good reason.....end up riders need to cancel at their end. They have monitor few weeks to confirm the driver cancellation patterns based on the multiple rider feedbacks and also the car gps movement.

...so be careful.

p/s: I did not imply that you asked rider to cancel frequently or force them to cancel.

Book a re education class at grab office and after class can re activate acc in 24 hours.
